Description

(Tracking, Intelligence, and Digital Systems) Collect Attendance Data for All Services and Events Take accurate headcounts of attendees, first-timers, workers, and others at every service or church event. Build and Maintain the Church Website Develop, update, and manage a functional, beautiful, and informative website that reflects The Nest Church’s brand and programs. Create and Manage Church Member Database Build and organize a centralized database that includes details of families, singles, couples, children, youth, professionals, car owners, etc. Oversee Online Communication (Email & SMS Marketing) Send weekly inspirational messages, service invites, and church updates through emails and SMS blasts. Generate Monthly Birthday Celebrants List Provide the welfare and celebration teams with an accurate list of members celebrating their birthdays each month. Send Automated Welcome SMS/Emails to First-Timers Program immediate follow-up messages to all first-timers within 24 hours of attending the church. Invite Members to Services through Email and Texts Schedule and send reminders to members weekly to attend Sunday services, midweek services, and special events. Provide Absentee List to The Ark Follow-Up Team Extract and submit the names of members who’ve missed 2+ consecutive services for follow-up and pastoral care. Categorize Members for Targeted Communication Segment the church database into categories — e.g. Students, Business Owners, Married, New Converts, etc. — for customized communication. Track New Members’ Integration Progress Monitor new members’ journey from first-time visit to membership class to departmental involvement and flag any drop-offs. Digital Registration Systems for Events and Conferences Develop and manage online registration portals and data capture for all Nest programs (internal or public). Maintain Confidentiality and Data Security Ensure data collected from members and guests is stored securely, ethically, and only shared with authorized units. Create Reports & Analytics for Leadership Review Provide weekly or monthly insights, attendance trends, member growth data, or program effectiveness stats to the Admin or PM. Support All Departments with Data Needs Help other departments access the data they need — for planning, outreach, follow-up, or volunteer recruitment. Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives Suggest and implement digital tools or software that improve productivity, member engagement, or communication flow in the church.
