Design and structure the entire flow of Sunday services, midweek meetings, special events, and conferences in line with church vision and objectives.

Time Management & Service Flow Control
Ensure every item in the program (worship, welcome, Word, giving, announcements, etc.) starts and ends on time, maintaining divine order and excellence.

Execution & Monitoring of Service Flow
Oversee the real-time execution of every segment during services, cueing departments and speakers to ensure everything runs effectively and without confusion.

Follow-Up with Departments/Ministers
Engage all involved persons (MCs, Vibes, Muse, ministers, speakers, etc.) before service to confirm readiness and clarify their roles/timing.

Service Rehearsal and Pre-Briefing Sessions
Organize run-throughs or short pre-service briefs with key players to align expectations, program flow, and any changes before the service begins.

Communication of Program Updates
Disseminate last-minute adjustments or timing changes to relevant departments (sound, media, ushers, etc.) to ensure smooth flow.

Creating Backup/Contingency Plans
Always have alternative options in place in case a speaker is late, tech fails, or time runs over. The program team is the plan B of the Holy Ghost!

Collaboration with Media & Sound
Work with media teams (Waves, Pixels, Acoustic) to sync slides, transitions, and stage movements in line with service flow.

Documentation and Archiving of Programs
Keep records of service schedules, order of events, and post-service reviews for better planning and future reference.

Training of MCs, Hosts, and Coordinators
Raise confident and Spirit-sensitive service comperes and coordinators who can lead segments with presence, power, and punctuality.
