(Livestreaming, Digital Worship Experience, Virtual Excellence) Livestream Setup & Operation for All Services Ensure timely setup and operation of all streaming equipment — cameras, tripods, switchers, and encoders — for Sunday services, midweek meetings, and special events. Broadcasting Services Across Platforms Livestream services seamlessly across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Mixlr, and church website, ensuring a stable and engaging viewer experience. Real-time Audio-Visual Monitoring Monitor both audio and video quality during streams to maintain clear visuals, balanced sound, and smooth transitions throughout the service. Collaboration with Sound (Acoustic) & Pixels Teams Work closely with the Acoustic and Pixels departments to sync livestream audio, lighting, camera angles, and visuals in real-time. On-screen Graphics & Overlays Display scriptures, worship lyrics, lower thirds, announcements, and sermon points during live broadcasts for enhanced virtual participation. Engagement with Online Viewers Assign team members to monitor live comments, welcome online worshippers, respond to questions, and guide digital altar calls. Internet & Streaming Equipment Management Ensure strong, stable internet connection, manage routers, modems, and update streaming software for uninterrupted online transmission. Livestream Replays & Content Backup Immediately back up all livestream recordings and upload high-quality replays to YouTube or church media archive for on-demand access. Online Service Analytics & Reports Track viewership stats (engagement, duration, peak viewers) and submit regular reports to leadership to improve digital reach and experience. Training of Volunteers in Digital Broadcasting Equip and mentor upcoming media ministers in livestream operation, camera work, scene switching, and online service hosting. Create all slide and presentation for minster and projection of scriptures and management of LED screen. Bible projection, announcement on led.
