(Prayer, Intercession, Spiritual Intelligence) Churchwide Intercession Mandate Daily and weekly intercession for the entire Nest Church—covering the leadership, members, families, departments, and territorial gates. (1 Thessalonians 5:17) Organizing Prophetic Prayer Conferences & Retreats Plan and lead prayer-focused events (Prayer Marathon, Watch Night, Fire Altar Nights, etc.) to stir revival and mobilize the praying church. Service Backup Prayers (During Worship & Word) Provide prayer back up during all church services — Pre-Service Prayer Coordination Partner with the Program Unit to schedule and assign people to lead pre-service intercessory prayer 15 minutes before every service. Leadership Tarry & Covering Organize quarterly or monthly prayer tarry sessions specifically to uphold the Prime Minister (Lead Pastor) and all heads of departments. Prayer Chain for Upcoming Events Initiate 24-hour or 72-hour prayer chains in the build-up to major events, conferences, crusades, or special ministrations. Case-Specific Intercession for Members Offer customized prayer sessions for members going through life challenges — hospital cases, exams, job interviews, spiritual warfare, etc. Prayer Shield for the Prime Minister of The Nest Maintain a nonstop prophetic hedge over the spiritual, mental, emotional, financial, and physical well-being of the Lead Pastor and his family. Early Morning and Midnight Watch Coordination Mobilize members for early morning prayers (5 AM) or midnight watches (12 AM – 3 AM) either virtually or on-site. Intercession Rota Management Develop and maintain a prayer schedule so every day or hour is covered, assigning Snippers to specific prayer hours or focuses weekly. Prayer Partnership with Other Departments Actively intercede for major activities across departments — Muse, Vibes, Potters, Waves, etc. — before and during their events. Prayer Fasting and Consecration Plans Lead the church in monthly or quarterly fasting and consecration programs to keep the spiritual climate hot and healthy. Spiritual Intelligence Reporting After intense prayer sessions, relay prophetic impressions, burdens, or visions received to the Prime Minister and senior leadership team for action. Raising & Mentoring Watchmen Train new believers and young leaders in the art and discipline of intercession, prophetic prayer, and priestly responsibility. Prayer Documentation & Testimony Tracking Keep records of prayer requests and testimonies received, encouraging faith and showing the tangible fruits of intercession.
