(Social Media, Branding & Online Evangelism) Social Media Platform Management & Growth Oversee all official Nest Church social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, WhatsApp Channels), ensuring regular activity and digital growth. Creation of Engaging Social Media Content Design, write, and post fresh, on-brand content (texts, graphics, carousels, memes, videos) for weekly services, special events, and daily inspiration. Brand Identity Development & Consistency Ensure all Nest Church content, colour palettes, fonts, tone, and voice remain consistent across every digital platform — from captions to visuals. Event & Service Content Development Create pre-service countdowns, post-service highlights, event posters, quote cards, sermon snippets, and testimonies that echo the heart of each service. YouTube & Long-form Content Coordination Collaborate with Visual Experience and Pixels teams to post, edit, and schedule full sermon videos, vlogs, interviews, and creative content for the church’s YouTube channel. Reels, Shorts & Viral Content Creation Regularly create and upload engaging short-form videos — behind-the-scenes, prophetic moments, funny skits, and sermon punchlines — to ride the algorithm wave! Content Calendar Planning Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for each platform, ensuring a strategic mix of encouragement, announcements, humour, testimony, and community content. Live Coverage & Digital Engagement Provide real-time updates and engagement during services or events (live tweeting, stories, short clips, quotes) to boost online interaction and relevance. Community Management & Online Hospitality Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with love, care, and clarity — making sure every online guest feels welcomed and seen. Social Listening & Trend Adaptation Track trending topics, sounds, hashtags, and formats to adapt creatively while staying true to The Nest’s message and identity. Data Analytics & Growth Reports Track engagement, follower growth, video reach, and post performance across platforms. Submit monthly analytics to leadership to guide strategy. Social Evangelism & Digital Discipleship Post soul-winning content, salvation invites, and life-transforming teachings. Use online channels as tools for revival and discipleship. Campaigns & Hashtag Movements Lead digital campaigns (e.g. #NestOnFire, #JesusAtTheNest, #ExpressionsOfGlory) to drive traffic and create a sense of movement and excitement. Volunteer Recruitment & Content Team Mentorship Identify and train upcoming writers, designers, meme makers, and editors within the church to multiply the voice of the Waves team. Collaboration with All Other Departments Work with HR, Muse, Welfare, Pixels, and E-Cruise to amplify every department’s activity, testimonies, and events through creative online expression.
