(Environment Styling, Visual Worship & Space Transformation) Sanctuary Beautification & Decoration Oversee the design, decoration, and beautification of the church auditorium, reception areas, and key ministry spaces to reflect excellence and divine beauty (Exodus 28:2). Procurement of Decoration Materials Handle the purchase and proper storage of all decoration materials — from flowers to fabrics, lights, props, banners, and seasonal items. Stage Setup & Visual Styling for Services/Events Design and set up visually engaging, theme-aligned stage backgrounds for all Sunday services, special events, and seasonal celebrations (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Conferences). Theme-Based Decor Interpretation Translate spiritual and prophetic themes of events into physical, eye-catching expressions through colours, textures, lighting, and arrangement. Maintenance of Decor Items Ensure all decor materials (fabric, props, artificial flowers, signage, etc.) are well-maintained, labelled, stored properly, and reused when appropriate. Creative Planning for Seasonal Changes Develop fresh aesthetic concepts for each new quarter, aligning visual changes with church focus themes, fasts, or ministry emphases. Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with the Media, Muse, and Protocol teams to ensure visual harmony and excellence across board (e.g. photo backdrops, red carpets, props for skits). Floral and Greenery Management Manage floral arrangements (natural or artificial) for the altar, entrances, and major points in the church, ensuring they’re changed or refreshed regularly. Volunteer Recruitment & Creativity Workshops Recruit and train artistic volunteers passionate about interior design, crafts, and visual aesthetics. Host idea brainstorms and hands-on decoration rehearsals. Venue Styling for Offsite Events Take full responsibility for decorating external venues used for weddings, outreaches, conferences, and other church-related events — turning any space into a Nest-worthy haven!
