(Evangelism, Outreach & Soul Follow-Up Team) Weekly Evangelism & Soul Winning Spearhead consistent weekly outreach efforts — street-to-street, house-to-house, one-on-one, and digital soul winning — targeting souls with intentionality and love (Mark 16:15). Strategic Outreach Event Planning Organize tailored, themed evangelism programs (e.g., music hangouts, barbershop outreaches, fitness clubs, etc.) specifically designed to attract the unchurched and unchanged. Weekly Church Invite Mobilization Deploy members into neighbourhoods, bus stops, and campuses with a clear goal: bringing people physically to church every Sunday. Transportation Coordination for Guests & Converts Work hand-in-hand with the Welfare Department to ensure first-timers, new converts, and distant members are picked up and conveyed to church smoothly. Street Rallies & “Church on the Street” Events Lead vibrant, Spirit-filled Street crusades, mini-rallies, community prayer walks, and flash worship gatherings in public spaces. Church on the street and general program rallies. New Convert Follow-Up & Retention Ensure every new convert is contacted within 24–48 hours, prayed for, connected with a cell, and gently ushered into discipleship until they’re rooted. Partnership with The Muse for Evangelistic Creatives Collaborate with The Muse team to incorporate rap battles, skits, spoken word, and other creative expressions during outreach events for deeper impact. Data Collection & Outreach Reports Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, souls won, number of invites distributed, and feedback for continuous improvement. Evangelism Training & Fire Retreats Organize periodic trainings and retreats to equip the team with boldness, strategy, and biblical tools for effective soul-winning (Proverbs 11:30). Digital Evangelism Integration Use social media, WhatsApp, and short video skits as tools for reaching souls online.
