(Talent Management, Creative Expression & Artistic Oversight) Theatre & Drama Ministry Oversight Lead the church’s drama ministry, producing biblically sound, emotionally moving stage plays — especially during annual Drama Day and other church events. Talent Discovery & Development Identify, train, and manage emerging creatives in music, comedy, rap, poetry, spoken word, dance, modelling, skit-making, visual arts, etc., within the church community. Annual Talent Hunt Coordination Plan and execute the yearly Nest Talent Hunt, showcasing untapped gifts and creating platforms for fresh voices to rise. Fashion Show Planning & Execution Organize the annual fashion show to celebrate godly style, modest creativity, and kingdom confidence — using fashion as an evangelistic and cultural tool. Expression Session Management Curate and manage The Expression Sessions during services — a special slot for poets, dancers, storytellers, etc., to minister with creativity and excellence. Creative Content Production Oversee the creation of original content — short films, skits, music videos, graphics, and social media assets — that reflect Kingdom values with Gen Z relevance. Talent Roster Management Maintain a database of all creatives and their respective talents, projects, performance schedules, and growth needs. Mentorship & Coaching Pair creatives with internal or external mentors in their field — building skill, character, confidence, and spiritual depth. Rehearsal & Performance Coordination Set up structured rehearsal schedules, venue bookings, and feedback systems for all performance-based ministries under The Muse. Partnership with Media Team Collaborate with the media and communications department to record, edit, and distribute creative content from church programs. Christian Creative Ethics Training Organize periodic workshops on integrity, branding, identity, and discipline for Christian creatives, ensuring they reflect Christ both on and off stage. Creative Evangelism Deploy creative teams for outreach purposes — flash mobs, street plays, public spoken word sessions, etc., reaching people where microphones may not. Program Integration & Creativity Planning Infuse creativity into all major church events — e.g., Easter, Christmas, Anniversary — by introducing artistic expressions that enhance the message. Feedback & Growth Tracking Establish a system to review performances, track personal growth, and encourage constructive feedback for continuous excellence. Culture Preservation & Vision Alignment Ensure all creative expressions align with the spiritual culture, doctrine, and vision of The Nest Church, serving both kingdom and relevance.
