Description

(The Coordinating Powerhouse of The Nest) Administrative Operations of the Church Handles all day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure that the church operates smoothly and efficiently. Oversight of All Departments & Units Directly supervises every department, ensuring they’re aligned with the church’s goals, values, and expectations. Collection & Review of Departmental Reports Receives regular performance reports from all units, ensuring accountability, progress tracking, and excellence. Mail Correspondence and Documentation Manages all incoming and outgoing official mails — physical and electronic — and maintains documentation for all interactions. Implementation of Parliament Decisions Ensures all decisions made by The Nest Church Parliament (leadership council) are executed effectively and timely. Service & Program Flow Coordination Works closely with Program Unit and Sound/Media teams to ensure every service or event runs efficiently and punctually. Review of Budgets & Raising Requisitions Examines departmental budgets, raises necessary financial requisitions, and ensures transparent and strategic use of resources. Communication Management (Internal & External) Acts as the official communication bridge — within departments and also with external organizations, bodies, and partners. Culture Enforcement & Staff Conduct Preserves and promotes The Nest Church’s culture of excellence, honor, order, and submission across all workers. Volunteer & Workforce Oversight Supports HR in managing volunteer performance, commitment, and ensuring proper manpower deployment in all areas. Policy Development and Implementation Drafts, reviews, and enforces policies that support church order, spiritual growth, and operational efficiency. Calendar & Scheduling Manager Maintains the central calendar of the church — schedules for meetings, trainings, services, and church-wide events. Record Keeping and Archiving Maintains accurate records of events, correspondence, finances, team rosters, church data, and decisions. Audit & Compliance Monitoring Ensures departments are working within approved guidelines, and organizes internal evaluations or audits as needed. Asset & Inventory Management Keeps track of all church properties, gadgets, equipment, and ensures responsible stewardship of assets. Meeting Coordination & Minutes Documentation Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, and documents minutes for Parliament or leadership team meetings. Training Support & Resource Provision Supports HR in organizing trainings, by providing materials, venues, and administrative backing. Project Execution Oversight Coordinates special church projects (e.g. building upgrades, events, outreaches), ensuring they run on time and within budget. Emergency Response Coordinator Takes charge during unforeseen challenges, coordinating quick responses and communicating solutions to relevant units. Strategic Advisor to the Prime Minister (PM) Serves as a trusted administrative arm to the PM — providing reports, insights, and counsel on operational and structural matters.
